Welcome to Casa Calpe

Enjoy sun, sea and comfort in our fully renovated 50 m² apartment on the 10th floor of Coral Beach. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and has a separate bedroom, a double sofa bed, a spacious balcony, sea views and access to three swimming pools.

Facilities and included services

Air conditioning for cooling and heating, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, bed linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning are included. Guests may also use the swimming pools, sun loungers, gym and billiards room.

Rental periods and prices

From September through April, Casa Calpe is available for monthly winter rentals. From May through August, stays can be booked per day with a minimum of 7 nights. All prices are on request.

Location and surroundings

Playa de la Fossa, the promenade, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Visit Calpe’s fishing harbour, historic centre and Las Salinas salt lake, where flamingos are often seen. The Peñón de Ifach is Calpe’s famous landmark and offers beautiful coastal views. Altea and Moraira are also ideal for a day trip.

House rules

No pets. No smoking inside the apartment. No groups of young people. Parties, excessive noise and disturbance are not permitted. Please treat the apartment and the complex facilities with care.
